🚚 When will I receive my items?

All items are produced and shipped within 2 to 3 business days of your purchase. After that, standard shipping times apply:

  • Canada: 6–12 business days

  • Other Countries: 7–14 business days

You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. International orders may face delays due to customs. If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us at canadakicks604@gmail.com

🔎 Where is my item?

Once your item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can also use the Track My Order page with your order number.

We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 200 countries worldwide.

💰 How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees depend on your country and number of items. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout after entering your address.

🤔 I ordered the wrong item. Can I change it?

Contact us immediately at canadakicks604@gmail.com. If the item hasn’t gone into production, we’ll do our best to make the change.

👕 I selected the wrong size. Can you fix it?

Yes — if you contact us within 24 hours, we can update the size before the order is processed.

🏠 I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Email us within 24 hours of placing your order. If the item hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address. Otherwise, a reshipping fee will apply.

⏪ What happens if my package is returned to sender?

  • If it was our mistake → we’ll reship it for free.

  • If it was due to a customer error → a small reprint/reshipping fee applies.

🩹 What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost — no need to return the item. If a replacement isn't available, we’ll offer a refund or similar item.
