Return and Refund Policy

🔄 Returns

Please make sure to read the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order. Every item is made-to-order, and we do not hold any stock or inventory. For this reason, returns are not accepted unless the error is on our end.

If you need to correct your order details (e.g. size, shipping address), please email canadakicks604@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to apply the change before the item enters production.

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll ship you the correct item free of charge — and you can keep the incorrect one.

💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

If your package arrives damaged, with missing parts, or we made a mistake with your order and you prefer not to receive a replacement, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within a few business days once approved. Please note: in some cases, a small processing fee may apply.

❌ Order Cancellation

All orders are sent to production shortly after being placed. If you need to cancel, please email canadakicks604@gmail.com within 3 hours of placing your order. After this window, cancellations may not be possible.

If your cancellation is approved before production begins, a full refund will be issued minus a 10% processing fee.

Return & Refund FAQ

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Contact us at canadakicks604@gmail.com with a photo of the item you received. If we made a mistake, we’ll ship the correct item right away — and you can keep the incorrect one.

My item arrived damaged or defective.

Please send a photo to our customer support team. If it’s a production or shipping error, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost. Prefer a refund instead? No problem — we’ll refund the full amount.

I ordered the correct size, but it doesn’t fit. Can I exchange it?

Unfortunately, since each item is made-to-order, we cannot accept exchanges due to sizing. However, we’ll be happy to offer you a 50% discount code for a new order in your preferred size.

I entered the wrong shipping info. Can I update it?

You can request a correction within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee any changes as your order may already be in production.

I changed my mind after placing the order. Can I cancel?

If you contact us within 3 hours, we’ll try our best to cancel it. After that, production starts and cancellation is no longer possible.
